MailhookX provides inbound email processing services designed for developers and businesses.
- Core Functionality: When you configure a webhook URL on our platform, we assign you a unique, random email address. Any email sent to this address is automatically parsed, and the content (including headers, body, and attachments) is delivered to your webhook via an HTTP POST request.
- Paid Plans: We offer paid subscription plans that provide enhanced features, including but not limited to the ability to use custom domains and create custom email addresses.
- Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time.
3. Accounts, Credentials, and Security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of security incidents or abuse.
4. Acceptable Use
You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and industry best practices. Prohibited activities include:
- Sending or receiving malicious payloads, viruses, or malware.
- Using the Service for spamming, phishing, or facilitating unlawful content.

You retain ownership of the data you submit to MailhookX. We process and store message content as necessary to provide the Service. Our infrastructure is located in the United States. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
7. Intellectual Property
MailhookX and its licensors retain ownership of all intellectual property related to the Service, including software, documentation, and trademarks. You retain ownership of your content.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MailhookX disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailhookX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of revenue, profits, data, or use.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MailhookX and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or for legal reasons. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support; termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted on our website with advance notice when appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
